Sohyun Moon Ascender, Inc.

Sohyun Moon Ascender, Inc. is my corporation in the Republic of Korea, founded in 2022. This company is so awesome because its entire mission is to teach the languages of Korean and Divinity to help your realize your own Infinity. I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than pursue this vision!

And let’s talk about my new logo: a rainbow octopus. Why an octopus? Why a rainbow?

My last name is 문, and when I was young, my nickname was 문어, which is Octopus in Korean - a play on words using my last name.

I liked my nickname though, and even became a class president through a campaign speech using this nickname, 문어, that I prepared with my dad, saying that since an octopus has 8 legs, I will be a bridge for everyone, between students and students, and between students and teachers. 

I even used to draw a 문어 character for fun. 

My new company name is Sohyun Moon Ascender, in Korean it is 소현문 어센더 so I thought I wanted to create a cute Logo with 문어, so that’s my new logo! With bright rainbow colors,  that represents me very well! I love all the colors of the rainbow and it is a very meaningful symbol for me.
